April 2009 closed sales of detached homes in Camarillo totaled 35 with a median sales price of $455,000. The previous month, March 2009, had 38 detached homes in Camarillo close escrow with a median sales price of $495,250
One year ago, April 2008, closed sales of detached homes in Camarillo totaled 36 with a median sales price of $664,250.
Currently Camarillo has 169 detached homes listed for sale with a median list price of $849,500. Last month Camarillo had 207 active listings of detached homes.
April 2009 closed sales of attached homes in Camarillo totaled 22 with a median sales price $263,750. The previous month, March 2009, had 15 attached homes close escrow in with a median sales price of $304,000.
One year ago, April 2008, closed sales of attached Camarillo properties totaled 23 with a median sales price of $330,000.
Currently in Camarillo there are 50 attached homes listed for sale with a median list price of $299,000. Last month there were 59 attached homes for sale in Camarillo.
