Foreclosures in Camarillo and Conejo Valley, CA
Here’s a quick update of REO properties currently listed for sales in Camarillo and the Conejo Valley (Thousand Oaks, Newbury Park, Westlake, Agoura, Oak Park). Remember a foreclosed property is now owned by the bank. The term ‘foreclosure’ is used interchangeably with REO (which means real estate owned – by the bank) and just plain ‘bank owned.’
Currently Camarillo has a total of 287 residentail properties active listings. Of those properties 27 properties are bank owned. For this list of Camarillo REOs, click here.
At this writing the Conejo Valley had a total of 780 residential properties for sale. Of those properties, a toal of 47 properties are currently listed which are bank owned properties. For the list of Conejo Valley REOs, click here.
