The most recent stats show Ventura County’s median sales price at $410,000 with the state’s median home price at $316,480. Check out the statistics below.
Look at our neighbors to the north, Santa Barbara County, who holds the title of the highest median home price in the state. Santa Barbara’s median at $935,000 is more than double of Ventura County’s median home price!!! Now if that doesn’t make Ventura County a good deal what does?
