Opportunity of lifetime for first-time buyers
We have have received questions about the new Housing and Economic Recovery Act. To take advantage of the tax credit, you would need to be a first-time home buyer who purchased from April 9, 2008, to June 1, 2009. Who qualifies for the tax credit of $7,500?
