This is not your typical real estate web site.  We will be using this site as a real estate community site for Ventura County, California — our home.  We want to introduce you to the good life in Ventura County.

What this site will be?

This site is designed to be updated on a regular basis – more than a journal of information.  Whereas a typical website is not as easy to update.

Did we forgo our GregandJoyce.com website in favor of 805Local.com?

Not yet.  We want this site to be more interactive and provide timely information to our clients.  The blog gives us a simple and effective medium to interact with you.  We want your comments and questions.

Who writes on this site?

Initially all entries will be written by Greg Ricci and/or Joyce Zangmeister.  Our future plans are to have members of our team write entries relevant to Ventura County.

What are goals with this site?

There are two markets where we will focus on with this site:  Buyers and Sellers in Ventura County, CA.

For buyers, we will add current information about the local real estate market and local neighborhoods.  If you are moving within Ventura County or relocating to Ventura County, you will contact us when you are looking for an agent in the Ventura County area.

For sellers, we will post information about current home values and community news.  If you are considering selling in Ventura County, you will contact us to sell your home in the Ventura County area.
